Change faction during the chose position phase

I think it should be possible to change your faction in the chose position phase, because depending of the position you got you could prefer a faction other than the one you chosed. Example: I like core the most, but arms air is better, so I would like to go arm then im going to try to get a air position but if I fail Im forced to use arm on ground, what I think its bad.

Though it should be reported that player changed faction to "" (Except War Evo)!
