Zoom is considered broken

Hung when I hit CTRL-1 to assign a group
Went to 100% CPU load, memory footprint constantly increasing, no reactions
I killed it with the task manager

Replays are severely desynced compared to the original game. (as in some commanders don't even spawn :P)

Oh cool, a bugs thread.. Let me add my findings:

The chat auto-switches to a: if an ally says something in a: it seems.. Not a bad idea but it also switches for specs.. Not a good idea ;) ..

LuaUI returns the Gaya team in several call-outs.. This leads to (among other things) a third (allyteams + 1) start box in the minimap..

The annoying zooming bug.. Trepan said he already fixed it (didn't commit it yet though) so that's probably gone next week..

And some CA specific stuff:

semi just played a completely different game.. his comm did never move in our game, all other comms didn't move in his game.. yet there were no desync messages.. (he was team5 of 7 [beginning with 0])..

Well, "broken" isn't exactly the right word, since it was just an ugly workaround hack in the first place. It's just my method doesn't work anymore and I don't know what to replace it with.

The connection was fine.. We could chat from the beginning to the end..

in general it seems that desyncing became even worse :(

and pressing b showed a number wth ~15 digits for the SimTime function time..

Semi also played with me, he was host and at game start he would get some package length error. But you should ask him about the details on his side.
On my side the game just halted once the commander(s) showed up, but I could still move the cam and exit normal, so my side was not effected.
I could chat with Semi in game in "com deploy mode".

He ran svn Linux I was on Windows 2k for a change.
