LuaRules BA47 Deployment Mutator

Here a mod mutator that applies the LuaRules Deployment
feature to the Balanced Annihilation 4.7 mod. It also adds
some of the other LuaRules features that have been dev'ed.
- unit_cloaks_shield
- unit_morph
- unit_stealth
- share_delayed
- share_levels
- share_control

You'll need at least SVN rev 3752 to try this feature:

P.S. No, I'm not concerned that the unit features make some of the
units overpowered (cloaked and stealthed comms), this is a test
setup. I have jacked some of the energy usages, and the morph
penalties are reasonable, so it should still be playable.

P.P.S. Don't be too surprised if something doesn't work. None of
these features have been tested in a real game. If you have a good
game going on, and something goes wonky, get the host to type this:
.cheat 1
.luarules disable
.cheat 0

how hard would it be to make an XTA version?

For the deployment and sharing control features, just copy the files.
For the cloak shield, stealth, and morph features, tweak the configs.
