We really need them... because that is the only way to see the impact of New Features, new Tools, Maps, Mod(&thereChanges) into the Puplic. No offense against these Boards - they really help concerning Gameplay, Designdesicions and Artist taste - but you know Noob-Out-of-the-Stomage-Decisions (like they happen on UF and in the Lobby-join-Game) are invisible..

What would we need ?

Which Mod is played how many hours, how many Games open with that Mod, how many People joined, how many left the Games before start..etc.

What time of the Day which Map is played by which Players of which Timezone? How many Players leave a Game - not waiting dl-time - in relation to Map Size ?

Do you have Additional Information you would like to see gathered ?

5 XTA autohosts
40 games

5 battles are recorded in the stats not 40. It doesnt matter how many games are palyed untill that autohost rehosts a battle itll only count the first game.

Thx AF, that is one of the many Major Issues, but definatly the One most important to the Modmakers. Not knowing how many Games are played is one of the Reasons for a lot of Fire in the Forums, because everyone has "seen" diffrent Things.

With Advanced Statistics we could find out who is out there, what they are playing, how many times they try something diffrent, why they return to the Old Shoes - i repeat this is not try to BigBrother People.. it is just a Attempt to find out who we here really play the Contributor Game for..

There is already http://spring.clan-sy.com/stats

However its "game must be longer than 20 mins to be counted" rule is discriminatory against Kernel Panic. Down with the min time! Fast paced mods very existence is getting denied!

I'm not fully sure the min time is 20 min, but there have been days I've played plenty KP games and none were registered

And, hmm, popularity doesn't always equal quality.

Once again, the issue is that you don't close the battle window and rehost each time.
