Auto-ban for flooding, please help

The weird thing is, it's the account I use for a Springie autohost. Anyone know how I can keep that from happening? I'm pretty sure it's not being done by someone intentionally, but this is the second time I've come home to find it got banned somehow.

Is there a throttle I need to put on a certain command or something?

Anyway, the account is nogoons. Please unban, thanks.

I've had it happen with !listmaps when the map torrent is installed.

Have you retained the BOT flag for your springie account?
That rasises the floodlimits...

Not that, but I have it set to auto-download maps so apparently it has gotten that large. I'm getting it upgraded to bot status now, thanks guys.
