Got muted (or banned?)

The purpose of this topic is three-fold:

1) To ask whether my account (SharpHawk) has been muted or outright banned from main.
2) To ask to be allowed to chat there again.
3) To recommend that new players be made aware that the lobby is controlled by a bot, not just humans (who tend to look at things on a case-by-case basis), and posting the same word three times will get you muted regardless of the fact you'd been talking for 10 minutes. Rules don't do much if new players aren't aware of them

Can you still log in? If so you're not banned.

Automutes last for 15 minutes. Not posting the same word multiple times quickly should be common sense.

You only get muted for 15 minutes, not banned. Think of it as a mild warning and it won't happen again. Having a bot take care of this is nice because humans are not always watching, and don't always apply the same standards.
