I had some fun in RA2 on lan with chrono-commandos (get spy in allied tech centre) they can tear a base apart in seconds.

The Som Taaw (sp?) mothership with siege cannon on it in homeworld: cataclysm was also pretty damn cool.

I think the most fun single unit i have used is demo general jarmen kel on a bike, sniper rifle, demo packs, and high speed go anywhere stealth? yes please

Mauler, from Battlezone 2..

it was just, fun to pilot.

not to mention it did nearly, if not the, most damage per second, was one of the fastest units, and well.. could scale any wall on the map, literally vertical walls... it was insane...

you could pilot one with 3 friends behind you in them, and well, scale a wall, drop a waypoint for the commander to place the flying artillery things, and then, lay waste to the opposing enemy base, without any intereference from them... they were literally walking gods..

other than that,

I'd say the giant red demon you could summon with the psycho magic guys on warcraft 1.
