If you like S.T.A.L.K.E.R, you should check out the Realizem mod. Makes the guns cooler and, get this, makes anomolies rarer, more damaging and INVISIBLE! So now the bolts are actually useful!

It also adds a limp so when you're low on health, it's really hard to get around. Makes the game harder, but neater.

Oh and there's a cheat that get's rid of all your money. Use it before you hit the end, becuase if you have too much money, you get one of the "bad" endings.

Did I mention there are six endings?
