Someone who wants to sell super-viagra, or offer us a refinanced home loan. That page is a bit odd though, it says hardforum.com is worth 7.6 million... I highly doubt anyone is going to make up for that cost, selling anything legal.

Nah, its all code in the 0.74b3 tag on SVN, ie. engine, TASClient, TASServer, KAI-0.11, KAI-0.12, AAI, JCAI, unitsync, UnityLobby, the installer, Documentation, the old lobby by jouninkomiko, etc.

The engine alone is only $ 4,533,032
