Disable game speed and pause functions from spectators?

It is a bit annoying when spectators changes game speed.

Edit: pause too!

Once again, sure, but the host can already set the game speed. This doesn't need additional elaboration.

Yeah, but pause is the most annoying thing, you cant control it with any command.

In my opinion, specs shouldnt be able to control any functions in game.
