There is no problem in playing Gundam mod, but isnt there a problem in making one considering its based on a japanese anime?

In Japan, fan products are regarded as free advertising and at the very worst merely harmless. This comes out of cultural pressures which I'm not going to explain, just remember that it isn't communism necessarily, but it is a shift in perception of intellectual property and personal transgressions.

The ONLY time bandai/sunrise would give a flying fuck about my mod is if it made them some money or they were developing something that it might be competition with. *edit* this sounds angry, I am not angry, I am expressing how inconsequential my mod is to bandai *end edit*

nope, not angry. I am not adding it to my mod description. Noone reads it anyway. I wrote a nice to the point release post that described my mod when I released 1.0 and it was ignored. I know poeple have a fear of werds.
