It is called Syrin_hires what was the name i started this project with, at first the name turned in a syrinBeta/syporBeta. These maps i didnt create myself but only delivered the concept. Later on i came with this. This is a version wich will probelly be upgraded because i had some difficulties getting the texture right. First some shots of my fist fersion of this map.

These photos of the first version shows a grey not great textured map and a heigtmap as it still exist. I must add that gameplay with 4 teams with 4 players a team is much fun, balancing crusual. in this version ther werent geos and metal in the water. So i put them on wall. i think it must be aproved alot but for now on i keep it like this till i come up with a v2 :p

I had some fun FFAs on syrinBeta/syporBeta.
This map is the same with the mountains made boxy and strange castle-like stuff on the beach? Will have to see how it turns out but pay attention that very steep cliffs look bad in spring (see last screenshot)

Great map. But the texture should be taken out and shot.

Yeah its a bid hard texture to game with. But i gonna use this texure in the last version only in the corners i guess. I put up that castle thing because i wanted ther a mountain oncrossible between the bases and giving less room to build defence on. I really was looking for an alternative :p. I came up with an idea. I think it is the mountain structure from an old Total annihilation map. The rock looks kinda fingered or something i remembered there were reclaimeble rock around them aswell that we lookalike. maybe i want to put a metamap structure in the map only i dont know yet if i can blur it Enough to get it mixed with other txtres on the map.

this is the texture part i wanted to keep :p

Oh and to just experimantal a little i put on this map 8 extra metal spots on the (sypor) metal layout. And i did some metal in the water. I believe i pprevere actually the sypor layout (less metal) and the syrin layout(more metal in corners) so i will probelly get those extra patches out of there and maybe bring the metal ratio in the water maybe i little higher. But it is now 0.3 for a place you can build alot of those could it be just enough :D.

Hmm only this seems to be crosseble(only the lower picture). Is ther maybe an option that set unit traffic to surtain areas very slow? or is ther [/img][/url]

dont fiddle with typemaps, ever, its a veyr abd diea.

Instead make a slope steeper, by making things taller
