Im begging some mappers out there to makes some more Final Frontier Maps. Make a good 1v1v1 map or some good 2v2 maps. Especially some really huge maps for a 5v5 or 8v8 game.
Final frontier is a fantastic mod that needs more maps.
Asking cant hurt can it?

They tend to look like the ships were in space inside my knoledge. Hey Manored. Thanks for the interest in your reply. Im not a mapper but i believe making a few maps wouldnt be difficult. Just use Asteroids V2 or Cosmos to get ideas from. There really isnt land except for the water looks like Space and the Atmosphere is simular.
Any maps produced would be played. If you need a tester just let me know.

some things you should know about FF maps:
- they must be bigger than groundmaps because the units are faster and have a longer LOS/weaponrange in average. As rule take this:
1vs1 - 16x16
2vs2 - 20x20
3vs3 - 26x26
4vs4 - 30x30 or bigger
- metal values should be now like in deepspace
- space will be simulated with water and a skymap. Most buildings can only be placed on land, but some can also be placed on water/space.
- very important is that you make the land very flat. Else it looks odd if the ships collide with the asteroids.
That should be all... the restis up to you
