Woot ! Calling Startscripts from script.txt works !

Well, perhaps I´m the only one that missed it, but the optional tag: "scriptname" has been added to the script.txt, which means that instead of the standard "commanders" you can call any (including the lua) startscript ! That means loads of possibilities: beginning with making sensible "standard" single player missions / tutorials, to making cooperative missions, or multiplayer missions with wacko objectives (bring the convoy through, hold the fort, etc.) :D ! I still can hardly believe this didn´t recieve some more publicity back then. Many thanks anyhow to hughperkins for writing and testing the code, and to tobi for committing it :) .

tasclient doesnt support this, nor does the TASServer protocol provide a means for setting this, therefore the feature is useless for the vast majority of people.
