Problem running spring under wine

TAS lobby and spring both work perfectly individually. It's when they work together that I have problems. When I use the lobby to start a game spring loads up as expected. Only thing is the lobby client stays on top when spring goes full screen and remains on top. If I try to click, move, close, or minimize the client spring minimizes into a small box. Very poor explanation I know, here is an image showing the problem.

That's a known problem when running TASClient (and Spring) under wine. You can fix it somewhat by unchecking the "allow the window manager to control the windows" box under the Graphics tab in winecfg, but other than that there's no real solution AFAIK.
