None. CSI is a giant failure... I hate the original CSI the least though. Actually I don't like any of the CSI clones nor the shows from which CSI steals. In fact produce moar prison break (fox deserves to die for breaking the original airing order) and stop airing crap like 24... 8)
</blah>

Isn't there more CSI? Thought there were about four or five shows at least.
Navy CIS, despite being yet another clone, turned out to be fun. But it's still not worth spending your free time on.

what rattle said,

I prefer english detectives, or stuff like prison break/lost/heroes.
CSI is way too much techno bullshit, and from what I remember the camera work is also done with a lot of zooming and flashy behavior which is just annoying.

CSI is a terrible insult to humanity, like most television.

Watch "The Shield" its 10 times better than CSI, although if I did have to pick a CSI it'd be any with that woman with the red hair from the vegas show, marg something or other because shes hawt.

Read a good book, it's better than any TV with the possible exception of Firefly and Babylon 5...

CIS owns :(

It's not brilliant entertainment, but brilliant entertainment takes smart people good time to write. At least it's preferable to watching the rest of televisions generic line up. CSI is a tight and interesting little romantic frolic that you turn the brain off and just enjoy watching the good guy win and the bad guy get beaten with the occasional interest holding plot twist, with just enough violence to keep the entertainment up, and just enough nerdiness to keep the believability up. It's basically star trek in crime labs, and for what that's worth it makes it a very watchable show.

It's one of those shows that proves you don't have to over intellectualize your writing if you know about good pacing and pace everything you do with conscious intent.

I don't speak 1243325. Does that means you like it mostly because of him? CSI Miami only got 3 votes so far, i wonder if they have the same reason.

That makes me bet you voted Miami, since it is the only one that shows clear destinctions of good guys/bad guys and moderate violence!?

I watch miami, but I prefer CIS vegas. To me vegas is more believable because it doesn't oversell the good vs bad theme. Don't lie to yourself though, that theme is pervasive throughout all the CSI, it's just made mind numbingly unmissable in miami. I'm actually a huge fan of stories examining ambiguous evil, so much so that I've sat through the entire naruto series basically just because it continuously hammers that theme. Those stories are incredibly interesting to me because they work towards defining objective good and objective evil through action and event. The search for objective good and objective evil is something that I relate to very closely in my personal philosophies.
