Yeah i know.. the usual Request but with a new Idea. I thought about how to create a "cheap" Ghost Town Feeling for nuked Citys and so on - and that would be the Sollution.
Just have some sort of Pillar, that plays "Radio Active" in the Middst of Fallout polluted Desert.. you know like the GTA Talkshow, with one of those Compgenerated friendly Radiomoderators...
