Java UnitSync bindings Alpha

One has made Sun Java UnitSync JNI bindings for AFLobby.

But since I've been asked lots of times about this and they'd get released anyways, here are the files, including the java source, the C++ files to add to the UnitSync project, and a prebuilt UnitSync.dll for those who cba compiling UnitSync.

note:: The FindFile and FindVFSFiles functions dont work and always return 0, and there's no call to retrieve the map info, although you should be able to get it via parsing the mapfile TDF, but I'll add the mapinfo call at a later date.
