I find this quote from the honorable Mr. Siegfried Hauppl, Mayor of Fucking, hilarious:

I don't know what is the point of the "*" substituting the "u" since all you would be saying is a town name (in this particular case).

And if i was a citizen in there, i too would vote no to keep the name.
