Friendly fire - isn't

If it's stupid but it works, it isn't stupid

Never forget that your weapon is made by the lowest bidder

If you are forward of your forward position, your artillery will fall short

... Just read them around places

I thought it was "time to reload"?

The enemy of my enemy is the enemy of my enemy, nothing more and nothing less.

Ah, but those two can be applied to any time period.

They do need recharging, though, that's been demonstrated.

In any case:

"True Patriotism isn't about dieing for your country. It's about making the other bastard die for his!"

"It is always good to be fighting someone prepared to die for his country. That way, you and he have the same thing in mind."

Role of the US Marine Corps Artillery: "The role of the Marine Corps Artillery is to kill as many Godless enemy bastards and their subhuman cohorts with the least expenditure of munitions possible, and to integrate all supporting fires so as to restore cave dwelling as an accepted mode of living in the former enemy territory."
