Man, it's hard to make a map look bad with dynamic water on...

It looked like the Sup Com map, you know the one I mean, but someone dropped a nuke in the middle and blew a big hole there?

But it does look real nice. I like the lighting.

What a nice water! The water of my first and crash causing map looks so plain and lifeless... (is the standart water).

I wish trees had lighting applied to them.

Made solid archive instead of unchecking that tick box in 7zip

The map layout borrows from Supreme Battlefield, but beyond first glance you'll find a very different beast. I'm not going to waste time doing a big similarities/differences list; someone else can do that. Play it and find them yourself...!

Interesting.

For some reason - it reminds me of one of the ARM sea missions in the campaign (OTA).

One more question, are all the "beach" areas climbable by hovercraft and amphibious units?

yes

amphibs/hovers have a path all to themselves in that middle lake, otherwise they will have run-ins with navies in the oceans.

It looks like a really sweet map, and looks like great fun to play, but that texture loading thing makes it impossible for me to play it :(

If I try and join a game playing this map, I always drop cause it takes to long to load the unit textures. Its really annoying

after hosting a couple tonight it seems like about half of players online can load it and half cant

every computer i have access to has been able to load it, so i don't really know how i can reproduce it and thus i have no way of knowing if something i've tried has fixed it.

seems to be due to loading unit textures, and since removing features fixes it then it seems like there's trouble in loading skins for the rocks i've included. ridiculous and unacceptable, i will have to pull it and fix it. someone more acquainted with bugs and whatnot should open up the sd7 and have a look around, because as far as i can tell i've done everything correctly.

Wow, this should probably be in giant flashing letters on the wiki instead of discretely hidden at the very bottom of a page.

That tickbox is checked by default for 7zip and I'm sure I never touched it. Thx NOiZE, now maybe this #$!$#% map will work.

That map looks great, and I really don't think it shares much with small supreme chokepoint, and that's a good thing.

Looks like a very well planned layout, cool 8)
The minimap looks a little strange because it is so brown while the map is brown/greenish.
I do not see anything wrong with the map, you can easily tell what is a mountain and where you can build, there are geos and the metal seems ok.
The white line around the map is a good idea, makes the edges look better.
