Keyboard settings messing up: country settings

I live in belgium and i use azerty type keyboards (those are french type) , the game switches to using qwerty type keyboards or something.

Inside the client it recognises the windows settings but once in game it switches and my A key becomes a Q key and my Y key becomes a Z key and my M becomes a : and so on..

How do i stop spring from doing this , can i set it somewhere?
