As of now our team is building up ideas for the gameplay. And sorry i'm not making this mod for freespace 2. (There's already a starfox mod being made called Starfox: SHadows of lylat)

And Caydr there is no real plot cause this is a multiplayer only mod untill Spring can accomidate Single player.

No no sorry, I was really tired at the time of posting. I don't mean plot like backstory. What I meant was, there's no real consistent types of technology between the games and generally ....

yeah i'm really tired now too, so nevermind. I just don't think there's enough source material.

Well all weapons of the CSDA will be energy based while the VE is all solid round based. As for the Aparoids. Kinda like Alien/Bug like weapons.


Also in order not to have people raping people with super weapons like AA's plasma cannons. were making a limit on the super weapons.

Probally like CNC that you need alot of energy to charge it before Firing

Also for the air force some ships will be equiped with ECMs to advoid missle attacks well most missles
