Is dune good? I havent read it.

Actually I'm working on a dune mod but it's more Dune II alike and got nothing to do with original dune. I like it better that way anyway (not going to discuss this! )

I've seen the movie, it rocks(since it's so mindblowingly strange at moments, espeacly at the (sp?) harkonian scenes...

Hm I've seen the movie about 10 or more times, seen both mini-series (which aren't really that great), playd every PC game in existence except for FH's Dune (which is a crappy action adventure) and am reading a parody on Dune called National Lampoon's Doon. Never read the original books and I don't intend to.
