More unknown TAGs, buildangle and sortbias

In XTA's ArmVP, i found:

buildangle=1024;
sortbias=0;

Sortbias doesn't seems to be loaded by Spring (UnitDefHandler.cpp, function CUnitDefHandler::ParseTAUnit() doesn't load it), but it loads the other one and it doesn't shows up in the wiki.

afaik buildangle does not work in spring.

That was lightning speed :P
So i imagine it to be some oTA stuff no longer beeing used. (Not even the changelog as that word in it...)
