List index out of bounds (-1),or the neverending yellow sync

This has only started with the latest spring, but loads of people are experiencing a "List Index out of bounds (-1)" error while connecting to battles. There seems to be no real pattern and it happens regularly - virtually every game it happens to somebody. In battleroom it shows up as a constant yellow icon under sync. The other person then has to restart and reconnect, when it will work.

Go options > program > clear registry data.

I still haven't looked into it, but I received quite some bug reports regarding this problem (bug reports actually help a lot), so it will be (hopefully) fixed by the next update.

this may have been answered elsewhere but meh..
It seems to occur when somebody joins a game without having the map. I have pm'd about 15 people with this info, and when they tried to rejoin having dl the map it worked fine.
