Ive not got a problem with the map lol, cant see why anyone would, stop being such a drama queen FA, its A MAP, its a bit of fun for godsakes, cmon man this whole thread is just rediculous, lighten up.
Its hardly xxx porn is it Fang? I mean the entire porn loving community on the net are hardly gonna be bombarding Unknown files with requests to get a glimpse of the spring map vaguely in the shape of a half naked busty blonde. sheesh.
Hydr1x, any chance you can whack an ACDC or a LED ZEP tattoo on her or something for version 2?

From the topic I was hoping that it was about drawing a line on the filesize. But then I looked at the author nick and I knew I would be hoping in vain.
And if I get it right, all that fuss is because of a map using for texture a clotheless lady with all the interesting bits covered? To get angry over a goatse or lemonparty based map I would have understood, but all that reaction while it didn't even have uncovered nudity is silly. LoL at american puritanism, who thinks that violence is better for kids than love.
The problem with having too many joke map is that good maps get drowned in a mass of crap, and it becomes so much an effort finding a worthy map that good maps get unnoticed.
The problem with deleting bad maps is that map quality can be very subjective, and it would build lots of anger if a couple people were given life or death right over the work of others.

Thx Dragon,
@Rattle. Your are right about Swastikas to be forbidden - but what moral standards do we have, from which country ? If we set Iranian or India Standards, even showing a Woman in a Map or Mod would be evil.
I would make a BlackList - with every Kind "OverAge" Content listed upon - and a AutoEnforced Passwordrequest. And every Password is given out by Mods, only once - only to persons, they know for shure they are over 18. And there has at least to be (adult) content worth that work. Which isn`t existing right now.

Uh that's probably not going to work.
I'll take the 1944 mod as example. What I mean is there should be two versions of it. One, the censored version, which is in the wiki and will be publically announced on the board and in the lobby while the other version without censorship still can be made available on UF, stating that it's 18+. I'm just mentioning this since there are these rules in place...
Technically it's not allowed to either publically announce the uncensored version here or in the lobby since it's non PG13 (or am I wrong here?). I'm not trying to complicate stuff, I just think there should be some thought put in this.
Personally I'm against censorship at all. I'm not going around and screaming nazi paroles from a mere symbol.
edit: Hm are they even banned in other countries or does that only apply to Germany? If they aren't simply ignore the entire post.

Germany is the only country those are banned in (although they are often in very poor taste (in America anyway) because of the unfortunate lack of historic persepective). But that symbol is very old (pre-Roman!) and has been used for so many things- in many cases it's use is totally innocent. I'm pretty sure Hindu temples are exempt, even in Germany.
Honestly, I was really confused until you mentioned Germany.

No but these games are either forbidden to be sold openly or are sold censored so you'd have to import these games or find a store which sells them uncensored under the counter if you care about that.
Some examples are Indy 3 (1989)/Indy 4 (1991) and RTCW (2001) where the swatiskas got replaced by some random crap. Just to show you that this law is a bit longer in place... same for movies (Indiana Jones especially) and about everything else.
Uh yeah I knew what swatiskas are and what they mean (thanks to the internets). Banning them on the other hand is not as stupid as one might think, we've still got lots of confused people in our country who'd take advantage of it if it wasn't banned.

Funny story about swastikas and confusion. My Spanish teacher has a swastika esque necklace, and most of my class was muttering: "Is she a Nazi?"
I over hear one of these conversations, lean over and say: "Swastikas were used for centuries as a good luck symbol before the Nazi's used them for they're symbol"
Then, as little under a second later, my teacher say so the class: "Lots of people have been asking about my necklace..."
The best part was it cut ten minuets out of the class.
But I don't think we should censor things like swastikas, because in some mods and maps they are necessary for historical accuracy...and if someone finds their eyes are burnt out by seeing the symbol of the ever percent Third Reich, then we can tell them to...get this...not download the map/mod!
To combat accidental downloads, put a disclaimer in the mod if it's supposedly offensive. Like: This mod has Nazi's and swastikas and if thats illegal in your country, please call 408-223-G.O.D and order a new country to live in.
