SPROING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Post by Shanjaq »

GARGH I've had it with trying to play this multiplayer!! I've been trying to join a game for days without success, constantly falling out of sync and having to reconnect to the battle room and then all kindsa funkiness like not everybody seeing the same readiness indicators, not everybody seeing the same sync indicators, there have even been times where every word I type just falls off into the abyss of nothingness while everyone says "WHY AREN'T YOU RESPONDING?!?!?!!"

It has become nothing but a tiresome and nightmarish exercise in repetition of actions that should have worked the first time, but fail in random innumerable ways. To make matters worse, I've forwarded the correct ports using TCP and UDP, and yet not a soul can enter my game once it starts. Again, I HAVE FORWARDED THE PORTS SPECIFIED.

I'm tired, my arms are sore, my wrists and fingers alternate between stinging and ominous numbness, my head hurts, my eyes are red and my temper is short thanks to this ordeal...

GOOD DAY TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

After hosting a game and exiting it, you can not host another game until you restart the client because no one will hear what you say and you can't get the others to start playing (i.e. your game starts, their doesn't).

Yeah, the lobby isn't perfect. I usually manage to get a game after a few attempts, but if you've been trying for days without success, it's probably better to stop for now, and come back in a few month to try new versions.

Like Storm, I advise to exit the Spring Lobby program entirely and re-launch it when you experience problems.
