Could be mod-related, but...

While spectating in EE, scouts never show up as units, always as icons. This appears to only happen with scout/cloaked units. So you pretty much see what is seen in the screenshots, but the legs dont move and it doesnt rotate or anything.

Change the team to the team you are spectating, that's a known bug.

Press the player number.

1 = player 0
2 = player 1
etc etc.
