Well they're expanding or buying their competition.
Still no reason for me to start wasting time on youtube now. Really, I kinda hate that site for all of that concetrated bullshit people add there, especially the funnay home videos.

Anyway i hope this dosent decrease the quality of Youtube, from australia google video is so slow to load its unwatchable, and iirc some of its features are US only cause of copyright.

The purchase would include all of YouTube's physical and intellectual property, so they'd still use the same servers, etc -- infact I doubt YouTube will change much at all.

Google has allowed YouTube to operate independently from the rest of Google, the main reason YouTube agreed to sell, so there shouldn't be much change in YouTube.
