Out of sync

Hi, i have a huge problem.
when i try to play TA spring i always (when i try to join to a server) I get out of sync.
and sometimes i TRY to join a server i get a sign that says, LIST INDEX OUT OF BOUNDS -1
What shall i do, i have tried to re download the whole shit again and loads of diffrent stuff, please helP me!

Are you behind a router/NAT? Did you enable port forwarding?

im behind a router , and firewall.
beum the strange thing is that before the new "lobby mod" or whatever u want to call it, before that it worked great!
i haven't done anything with the router and all..

Whenever I get that, it's because I have more than one lobby client open...

so basicaly spring cant write to the directory, uninstall spring and delete all the directories then re install as admin?

if that doesent work...
