GPG starts to Beta test SupCom, I asked if SupCom beta testers would be required to agree to a NDA preventing them to work on or be involved with the Spring project.
It should not be a problem, for the people that like to do so.
You can read the topic about it here http://garage.gaspowered.com/?q=node/6499
Beta testing SupCom has no effects on Spring involvement.

Sooo... in short, people can apply to the beta, and participate in it, but they will not be NDA'd. Probably smart on GPG's part- a semi-public beta means their product is almost done- so there isn't a whole lotta point in an NDA, news would probably leak anyhow, and they want the additional buzz.
I am not interested in beta-testing SupCom- I'd rather just keep concentrating on Spring, which has better long-term prospects anyhow. But it's nice to know I could apply

No idea about the SupCom beta, I'm not going to test it, I'm quite busy with Spring and I'm also not going to install let alone buy a Microsoft Windows OS.
You can however download and test the new 0.73b1 Spring beta if you like http://taspring.clan-sy.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=7286 just download the exec Jelmer posted.
But anyway, I'm interested in reading some reviews of the SupCom demo, I guess SupCom Universe will have one as soon as the demo is available, but also a more in depth review would be interesting.
