Damn Perfectionism!

Post by Snipawolf »

I have this little problem (getting bigger though) with how my units look. I spend a lot more time than necessary. I have a feeling that some things would look fine if I was in RTS view. But I am not, I am down here in Wings3D face to face with my model.

This perfectionism is getting increasingly annoying. Any tips on how to dodge it?

Keep moving your units over into spring and seeing how they look in there.

Spring mauls the little details on units, for the most part. Once you learn how to model for spring, you lose less time, and your units will actually look better in Spring.
