Quote, from Betalord:
That is ok, from now on map archive files will only be allowed to contain 1 map per archive, this is to facilitate content site that we are writting (it would be too complicated to do content management otherwise), so lobby filters out any subsequent maps from the archieve (this is also needed with new map grading feature, where each map archieve is associated with a checksum on which map grade is based). Any such maps will have to be rereleased unfortunately ...
Just FYI, for all of you who've released multi-maps bundled in one SDZ/SD7.

Someone's going to have to go through and rebundle the good maps (Ice's Moon QX, f.ex...)

Actully... It will be for some, as they have maps that are dependent on other maps existing (as they share tiles). Those maps will have to be re Mapcoved, and some people may not have the source files.

you should be able to vote on the pack as one map... they're not too different normally, anyway... :\

for example, MoonQ10 is just the left side of MoonQ20... also, RiverDale's other maps are just its constituent parts...

Betalord FTL... allow map packs!!!

you can still pack the .smt texture in a seperate archive, and link to it with a "modinfo.tdf" (Just like making a sm3 texture pack).

If we get a content management system, there are a lot of bonuses for this method too. You could have it automatically download the dependencies and there would be a simple archive->map mapping.

I was going to fix it over the weekend, but looking at how certain people here and on smoths forum attack Betalord personally over a technical issue I won't fix it anymore.

He seems to make a good scape goat...
Be glad the system is being improved and sometimes steps like that are necessary... stop whining about it. It's most certainly not for the sake of pissing mappers off. :P

So alarmist.

Well, whatever due to smt linking still existing, all is well.

The next step should be compiling a list of all the maps like this and then assign them to rebundled to a certain person. What will happen if we don't do this is a giant uncoordinated mess, because people will be bundling the same maps and so on and so forth.

I'll start. (Right now, I'm just listing, not rebundling)

MoonX
River Dale
Delta Siege
Speed Comet?

I have no interest in this, I've never used this feature, but not doing a fix on the basis of people who won't even show their face here doesn't make sense to me. And forboding's, forboding.
