Here are the current changes,
Flea weapon range restored to OTA standards, and does less dmg to rebalance.
Added Emp Mines, and Turret Mines, that decloaks and fires. aswell as mine jammers that serve better than regular jammers because of cloak. Moble LLTs for both sides added in, but highly unmoble, good attack range. Moble Shield Generator for Arm, but its teh sucks because its lvl 3.
Metal makers back down to 80.

To do list: Replace the Fatboy, Level 2 hovercrafts, Add Capital Shipyards to remove too many level 2 sea units and rebalance the so called borked sea, and add stuff like Floating LLTs for early boat rushes.
