Add a random text box so the loading screen

I'd like a way to dispense hints, tips, jokes, and whatever while Spring is loading. Could there be a way to have a TXT file or whatever with a bunch of lines in it which are randomly shown while the game is loading?

I've wanted to put gameplay tips into AA for a long time, but this would mean adding literally hundreds of new load screens at 300kb apiece.

Could be laid out similar to the way messages.tdf is.

There are not hundreds of tips for AA and there are already dozens of load screens last I checked.
