PM Sounds

Is there any chance of adding the PM sounds back in? Used to rely on them alot, now i tend to miss important messags, im unable to get peoples attention, and when i miss a message, people assume you are ignoreing them

well you get a nasty sound when your client is minimized and somebody PMes you but i think you mean a sound for PMs when your client is open?
tbh if thats the case you should grow some eyeballs and see the window pop open

Actually I disagree Day, the window doesnt stay open long enough and it's usually flickering and hard to read.

I want the sound to play regardless of the client being minimized.

Also, if you look in the settigns dialog of TASClient you'll find that you've unchecked sound notifications. Checking it should give you what you want

I usualy have either the battlewindow covering most of the main lobby, or im fiddling around with other windows / programs. i have three tabs open by defult, and usually cant see two of them, so any new ones that appear arn't going to be spotted quickly

Infact right now if PM sounds were back in, i'd be setting up a game, but instead i have to wait for steve and machio to check the bloody lobby to see if anyones said anything

i've got sound notifications enabled, yet i hear nothing

same with other people ive been speaking to
