I have been unable to find a way to see chat messages I missed during a game. Does such a feature exist? If not, please add it!

So many times i miss messages, because i dont have time to look at the chat at the moment.

One time I tried to make a program to read and display the information from the infolog... but the best way is to open it in firefox and ALT-TAB-F5-read-ALT-TAB... some kind of overlay popup would be a nice bit to throw into the new GUI.
