use only THIS:
In 1vs1 games any commander that dguns, self destructs, or commander bombs another commander will result in a loss.
It was a good rule in OTA and will be here.
Talking about startbase is nonsense as anyone has diffirenet oppinion. For me startbase is 3wind3mex and kbotlab. Nothing else.
So drop out start base rule and let rules still be simple.
Changing the rules of KoAA!

I think the KO system is silly and don't really play spring much, but I will air my opinion anyways.
First of all, it's not a gameplay rule we are discussing, it's a "King of AA" rule. So things like "it ruins the game to force people to play a specific way" is no longer valid, just like tournaments have rules.
I think:
might be a good way to put it.
Otherwise, in any KoAA match that ends in a mutual comsplosion, the challenger can re-challenge for the title, with the option to make the match "comdeath=continues" in the rematch.

well, actually it's fine to self D your commander as long as you are not doing so in such a way that you blow up the opposing commander so we really shouldn't include this in the list, I think the best way to put it is:
In 1vs1 games where the commander death ends the game, any commander who moves to initiate a mutual comsplosion in a match will result in a loss, if the players cannot agree and an impartial judge is unable to determine who the agressor was (or if the players are unable to agree on a suitable impartial judge), a rematch can be immediately requested by the challenger, normal rules apply for this challenge except the challenger is allowed to choose the end conditions.
