This site was created to unite programmers and designers because rarely is a person good at both programming and designing. PMD helps programmers and designers partner up to make websites and web applications that look and work great.

This site is for people looking for a job (programmers/designers) and I don't see a connection with spring. You won't find open-source programmers here.

But there are many other sites on net where you could, like gamedev.net forums, sourceforge.net/people etc.
