Does TA Spring have a save/load function?
If not, is there any way to save/load(like the 3d replayer in original TA)
Save Games??

F8 to save.
Then run spring.exe, host=yes, and load script "load test". Other players can join via IP while you're waiting for them at the start.
Spring also automatically record the whole game, stored in test.sdf. Rename test.sdf into anything so it's not overwritten by the next game. Replay by running spring.exe, don't host, enter the sdf name, complete with .sdf as the server name.
I've not yet tested saving in replay then using the save to resume playing.
