Damn, just accept defeat homes, ofcourse we know what zerg did but it does not justify ideas that have obviously not been thought threw well.Felix the Cat wrote:Okay, whatever, I'm finished. Steven, I'll stop trying to get your lover banned. At least I hope you realize that Zerg's teamkilling was intentional, premeditated, and meant that the players of the game had wasted an hour of their time. But I can see you care about none of that. Oh well.
I'm going to open another thread at some point with my ideas on how we can prevent things like this in the future.
I'm not self-centered enough to call for threads to be locked when I lose interest in them, but I have lost interest in this particular time-wasting argument.

I'm already getting ready for the lols about to be posted.

Again just accept defeat homes.

Im not trolling, some people just need to be told, this thread lost its way pages ago anyway so it really makes no difference.
Anyone who is against banning players who purposely ruin games at the start, midway or end IS an idiot.
We just have to work out a quick, reliable way of catching and banning offenders for a period of time if replays can be faked so easily, and thats only if the mods or whoever makes the decision decides that players should be banned for ingame conduct.
If an effective way to catch offenders exists or can be easily programmed or whatever then I'll be shocked / dissapointed if it isnt implemented.
Mods (in my timezone anyway) do a great job of dealing with stupid spammers in the lobby I dont see why this cant be the same for stuff that happens ingame.

Because it takes way too much time.... We are only human. I don't think we should end up watching replays which users sent in...BigSteve wrote:Mods (in my timezone anyway) do a great job of dealing with stupid spammers in the lobby I dont see why this cant be the same for stuff that happens ingame.

Here's a moderating tip for you...
Moderate with an iron fist, and do not make exceptions. Ppl can either conform to the standard rules of society, or not play spring. It's very simple really.
But no, you guys (the community, not the moderators specifically) want to do this "if I pander to this I have to pander to that" bullshit instead of growing a spine.
If you have a goal, then achieve it, stop just sitting around talking about how you are gonna achieve it and OMGWTF!!!! "What if".
Backbones, ftw.
