Ever since upgrading to the latest version of Spring, it seems my shift key won't work in-game. I even tried unbinding it in the UIkeys file, no luck.
It's a pain since I can't queue anything or even quit. Is the usual function assigned to shift bindable to another key, at least as a temporary workaround?
Spring no longer recognizes shift key

I have the same problem. Playing without quees is like hell, it's nearly impossible to win.
This problem occurs only in latest 0.72b1. In 0.71b1 everything was ok, I upgraded then this error occurs, I downloaded full 0.72b1 still SHIFT is out.
Many people don't have this problem so they can crash me easily.
Playing on windows 98se polish edition.

But why only shift doesn't work, and it appeared in version published only a few days later thant previous one?
Of course we have no voice, we are only a small group of user who only talk about problemwhich occurs no win98/me, but personaly I think that upgrading system is solution similar to killing a fly with a rocket launcher.
Win98 for me in only for games and for net I'm using linux.
AF, your explanation is... not enouth technical
Maybe developers got money from MS
?
