See you have Vsync off in settings.exe? Is it set to the default in nvidia settings though? By default it is turned on by default which means regardless of what you've selected in settings.exe it will always be on.

Anyone who needs vsync should also enable tirple buffering for speed gains. It'll slightly lag people with vsync turned off though.

And I always found reflective water was the biggest framerate killer on my system.

VSYNC is disabled because i disabled it.
i usually don't notice much screen tearing in TASpring.

Reflective Water is working quite well here, not to speak of Dynamic Water of course :)

If i zoom out manually to the highest point while still centering the map, i can get up to 260fps in MoonQ20 for example.

On SSB i get about 160fps even with reflective water on.

Well, shadows suck ass anyways, so its not really a problem. :-)
