a Pack-0 on legs would suit me fine. Why hasn't Caydr at least told us what kind of weapon it'll have yet?

See, this is the kind of talk that im agaisnt. FORCING people to go a certain side to counter a general unit. Totally deemeens the purpose of anti air. That is a bad thing and AA should not have it.
We are forced to do things all the time, forced to build ground defence, forced to build air defence, forced to expand, forced to tech up, forced to build anti nuke defence, forced to attack, forced to protect our coms, and you can't expect your "strat" to work against every enemy.

Static defence and lvl 1 aa kbots wont protect your lvl 2 kbots from being chewed up by air, this isn't the mods fault or the enemies fault. This isn't a bad thing too, a lvl 2 aa kbot has been made so you don't need to worry about it happening again, however next time your strat doesn't work against another persons don't start thinking it's a fault with the mod instead change what your doing to counter what ever the enemy is doing.

What if your kbot group is attacked by a large number of fighters? Sending fighters in as well would force you to fight a battle with heavy losses, the good counterstrategy is to send in a unit that is strong against the fighters but not weak against their attacks. Since fighters are meant primarily for hitting aircraft they are weak against ground units (but not weak enough to not pose a threat to a ground force without AA capabilities) so ground-based AA is the proper response. Problem for a kbot player is that he can't field those easily.

Fighters are so bad against ground targets I cant see why a tech 1 anti air kbot couldnt stop them, and if there are so many you cant stop them with level 1 anti air, what the hell were you doing for so long that let your enemy get that many fighters?

Im a vehicle player and I have no options but to go kbots if I wanna go over a hill this is an outrage I shouldnt be forced to go Kbots to climb this hill to stop my enemies building artillery on it with kbotz!!!!!111

you can go air and use transports :P

also, amphibs have the same slope tolerance as KBots

Yeah I totally agree, its really really really super doopa mega insanely hard to make 5 jethros to take with your ground troops isnt it?
Man those things should be free! they cost so much metal its insane!
and what? I have to tech to level 7 to get them too.. aww man.. I think air should just be removed form this whole mod its just impossible to counter.

okay, don't build planes, don't build kbots... What to do?

build laser units, or missile tanks (banisher) and other stuff....

Also have those missile truck things...

C'mon guys, its not that hard to get a good idea or two....
