Can moderators please do something about this? I've messaged Swiftspear and Noize and each time no replies at all, total ignorance, and I've made sure to message them when they're not ingame too. Kayuni managed to squat in #kobs for nearly a week and we could do nothign ebcause our channel foudner had vanished and we couldnt kick anyone or lock the channel, we still cant OP, as I'm the only operator in the channel and I dont have foudner status.

Yet Kayuni has managed to sign up at least 20 names parodying other users some of bad taste e.g. one of SuperN00bs skits is superkn*b.

Now everyday when I login I have kayuni or one of his AF skit accounts harassing me by pm or through channels or poking fun in #main trying to get other people to gang up on me.

You all talk about this picking on people thing yet you failed to notice a channel of 20 accounts designed just for that, all made by a single person whose been doing this for the last week unhindered, no mutes no bans nothing. I have #kobs locked 24/7 now because of him. I have him messaging em all the time going on at me, he's started playing games as AlantaiFirestarter saying he's me, I've already had to register AlantaiFireass after he renamed the account to stop him using it.

And in amongst all that he picks out users who rename there accounts and steals them. For example a few days ago he stole Theseus' name but gave it back after Theseus had a go at him so he signed up Perseus, then when he didn't get attention he signed up Supernoob with [ [ clan tags and started saying he was the real supernoob.

Kayuni is a right royal dick.

We (XHC) had to PW our channel, he kept joining, after myself and others repeatedly kicked him/asked him to bugger off.

I really don't know why he hasnt been banned, a friend of swift i've been told. Asked mods to deal with him, but nothing constructive has come of it.

At least 3 out of game mdoerators where present in #main and kayuni spent an hour with his spoofed ccounts harassing from one person to the next and nothing happened to him. RichardCQ ahs seen more mutes this week than Kayuni has ever seen, yet RichardCQ pales in comparison to kayuni

I didn't know how bad it was, he never does anything too problematic while I'm on. Richard usually gets muted for posting inappropriate links, kayuni doesn't do this. I'll warn him but I'm not willing to do more without chatlog evidence showing he's doing something wrong. He's got a bit of a grating sense of humor but I haven't seen him ever do anything more then bother people.

AF, if you have operator in your channel you can lock him out with "!lock #channel key". Either PM chanserv or post it in the channel you're moderating. Hopefully we'll impliment channel specific operator declared mute's and bans soon. The whole idea of user owned channels is that they can enforce thier own rules, but that isn't the case right now.

My being associated with Swift has nothing to do with this. My nitpicking of AF's spelling and that sort of thing is, as I've told him, sarcastic, and I didn't mean for it to be interpreted as slanderous or defamatory. My smurfing of AF and Supernoob were both jokes, and again, they weren't meant to be interpreted in a negative way. "AlantaiFirestarter" is something I stole from the clan wiki page which someone had edited in, and Supernoob's smurf was for personal enjoyment. I figured comments such as an all-capitals, "OMG BAN THE IMPOSTER," would make it pretty clear that I was being sarcastic.

And in relation to my issues with XHC - The initial reaction to me was negative as I was seen as an invader, but now it seems that Wasp, Dave, and Drexion don't seem to hate me all that much. So I must not be all that bad, huh?

Anyhow, excuse me for having a sarcastic sense of humor and not conveying my sarcasm somewhere along the line. If you are truly so offended by my actions, I'll stop, but this does not merit a ban. I'll stop using my smurf accounts, which were, as I've said, made in jest before I realized people took offense to them, and before I read the clause in the user agreement prohibiting such actions.

And AF: I wasn't trying to rally people against you in any way, shape, or form, during my jaunt in the lobby as AlantaiFirestarter. I assumed you didn't take great offense to it, due to your, "/me drops an anvil on the evil Kayuni smurf." rather than an outwardly hostile response. And I've messaged you lately to try and patch this mess up.

I stole Theseus's name because he /renamed his main account to Perseus. I never used the name Perseus, Theseus did. I stole his name for all of 5 minutes, after which I joked around with him via PM for a minute or two, and then gladly gave his name back.

Anyhow, no matter how my conduct is interpreted, I'm sure more people where either amused by, or nonchlant towards, than those who were offended by it. Thus, I do not feel this merits a ban.

Thats rubbish, you told me it was sarcasm and I tried to explain to you I didn't like it and then you logged into AlantaiFirestarter and did it anyways, people repeatedly told you to stop in #main but you carried on.

As for that being in the wiki, thats questionable too, I looked and found the original comment was written by Zenka who added 'Oh Hail Alantai Firestar' to the AF clan section, I then noticed that did not change even up to the very start of the changes table, so whoever changed it changed it very recently and around the time you magically found it. It doesn't explain why you registered AlantaiFireass either.

People shouldnt have to protect themsleves/their channels from twats like Kayuni in the first place! He is an utter tosser!

Its bad enough people have to be subjected to the crap that people like mechasonic/crappage, richard etc spew fourth into the lobby as it is.

I wasnt aware that you and mich/demon had gotten me channel founder status, when I posted the last convo I'd had about the issue was trying to locate the previous channel founder shifty who'd gone awol.

The whole point of self moderatable channels is that people can enforce their rules the way they want. And I haven't seen him do anything banworthy and I haven't seen any evidence posted showing that he has done something. As far as I can tell people just don't like him because he's been bothering them and rejoining their channels when they kick him.

[edit] AF: Kayuni doesn't need to justify himself to spring moderation as to being in the right, like I've already stated there hasn't been any evidence posted against him. When Kay first met you I was under the impression that he liked you, most likely he's just trying to apologize to you.
