Spring RTS Engine

Sounds like a real sweet idea, even thou i got no idea of implementation troubles.
Would really make for smarter units, cause it is always irritating to see them move just when a collision has already occurred.

If you got chroot you could always create a little mini system inside your homedir (incase it doesn't like the ~/username/local/ aproach. With chroot it is fooled the directory target of chroot is the real root, so ~/username/<mahspringdir> it thinks is /, and etc/ inside that it think it's the real...

Accidentally blocked outgoing ports ;p? Updated any packages lately?

Had this problem too when i updated, but it was cause of wrong set data dirs. (Had to compile spring with prefix=/usr to get it to find it's datadir without the config file, and then use the config file to point to my writeable dir)
