Hi there..
was wandering if anyone has ever thought (or is perhaps developing) some mod in a fantasy world, with the usual warlocks, dragons, daemons, catapults and knights..
Either way, I think it would be fantastic to have such a mod build on top of Spring :)

It worked for me with openal-1.5.304 (on gentoo)
OpenAL 0.8.* didn't work even without the aforementioned patch...

I have the same exact output on Gentoo, with both a newer and an older version of SCons. Namely I tried with scons-1.0.0 and scons-0.97.
It should be something related to SCons, not Scons itself.. but what could it be?
