Spring RTS Engine

well i used that links (of 7.10) i just retried it, and same error...

i'm on ubuntu 7.10 :s

I tried to install spring on my newly ubuntu laptop, (running 7.10, its an old laptop i repaired, and since it has only a single 2.0 ghz processor and 512 mb ram, i putted ubuntu on it) Now, as i <3 spring, i would like it on linux. well, i never insulted him or something like a direct attack to him. Its not because its an mod, i should say he is actually spamming links. he as an admin is posting that much CA links, that i'm really annoyed (so this is allowed, i should try it with BA links, see how long it takes till i get mute...

i played, and sometimes it crashes, i dont change any setting, play the same map whit the same players, do the same things (3 metal mexes, 3 solar/winds) and then the lab. sometimes the colors turn white if i build a metal or wind generator..

i have same settings as i had in previous versions... i tried to change settings but thant doesnt help alot machiosabr, can you tell me more about the "unit selection shader wildget"? and about the LUA's that may help i have an old vid card, but it played previous versions of spring whitou...

this post is to get this tread up and to get a reply, what i can do about it, what bug this is... (i handt the same problem in previous versions...)

i think that spring calculates the hight as distance, so its reduced, and the other way around...

the only thing i can say is that i had the same problem...
