Because of the overwhelming number of autohosts, users are dispersed into smaller and smaller groups. there are 60+ hosts for a player base of like 150-200. It would be nice if we had less groups because then people would be more likely to join team games and not segregate themselves.

just throwing this out there, semi-related, but i think account consolidation would be best, ie add 2 accounts together .(ingame time). Account merging would be sweet, alot of people ahve 12 accounts with combined time to prob make them a vet.
Do you know how many people play ugly games? People play ugly games on facebook all day. Much lower quality than spring. And supcom is JUST as ugly as spring. And frankly dont show people spring on a netbook and it will look nicer.

One of the major problems that we have at the moment is as follows. A)User downloads map, who has windows vista/7. B)Windows puts the map into "compatibility files" and so spring never sees the map. This means that most new users and 1 bars have no idea about this part of windows, so helplessly down...
A) obviously a disgruntled spring player. What probably happened is that the guy on wikipedia tried to play spring. Then because he was a 1-bar he got kicked from battles, and rudely belittled for his 1 bar status. B) Links to youtube videos, forum comments etc, are not valid resources. C) There are...
